Our regulatory approach
Hospitales.net does not replace regulatory authorities, and does not itself grant regulatory approval. Its role is to make verified regulatory status visible and accountable across the network — never to substitute for it.
Evidence, not assumption
Every regulatory or capability claim on the network is backed by submitted evidence — licenses, permits, registrations — reviewed by a qualified, independent reviewer before it can grant access to anything.
Jurisdiction-aware verification
Regulatory requirements vary by country, product category and establishment type. Hospitales.net models these as distinct, versioned rules rather than a single generic checkbox, so a capability is only ever verified against the requirements that actually apply.
Access is earned through approval
Regulatory rule sets go through a formal review and approval process before they can be used to authorize anything. Access is granted only once a rule has been reviewed and approved, by design.
Expiration is enforced, not assumed
A capability with expired or superseded evidence stops granting access automatically — it does not remain “verified” by default after its supporting evidence lapses.
Working with regulators, not around them
Hospitales.net is built to make an organization’s regulatory status easier to demonstrate to hospitals, government buyers and partners — not to shortcut the regulatory process itself.
