1. Eligibility
Hospitales.net is available to organizations operating in the healthcare industry — hospitals, manufacturers, distributors, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, government agencies and related service providers — and to individuals authorized to represent them.
2. Account and organization responsibility
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the information and evidence they submit, and for the actions of individuals they authorize to act on their behalf on the platform.
3. Verification and capabilities
Access to specific network functions depends on verified organizational capabilities. Hospitales.net may request evidence, set expirations, and suspend or revoke a capability if evidence becomes outdated, inaccurate, or is not renewed.
4. Acceptable use
The network may not be used to misrepresent an organization’s identity or authorization, to circumvent verification, or to conduct activity outside the scope of a verified capability.
5. Introductions and commercial relationships
Hospitales.net facilitates discovery and introductions between verified organizations. Commercial agreements formed as a result are between the participating organizations; Hospitales.net is not a party to them.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for a suspended organization, revoked capability, or violation of these terms, with the reason and decision recorded in the platform’s audit history.
7. Availability
Hospitales.net is under active development. Some features described publicly may be in early access, testing, or planned for a future release, and are labeled accordingly within the product.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered organizations before taking effect.
